    Trail Tech Vapor

I used the magnetic rotor bolt that came with my vapor and the Speedometer/ Odometer seems to be WAYYYY off I tried to use the number suggested in the instructions and I measured the wheel as per the instructions. I can not seem to het the speedometer to read correctly. DO you guys have any suggestions ALSO could you post the wheel numbers that you input to you computers. (everything else on my Vapor works GREAT!) THANKS A BUNCH.

Any DMV issues in California for a street legal CRF450X?

I just bought (04/05/09) a CA plated CFR450X and transferred the title and plate with no problems. I was well aware of what could happen. I went through AAA to do the register and transfer. I don't know if that helped, but it worked. I actually got the title in the mail yesterday. The DMV people can be moody and sketchy, while AAA is there to help you, plus its free and WAYYYY quicker (you have to be a member). I was weary at first but took a risk. I good for at least the next year (till the registration comes up again) I do know that you need to be aware of the VIN number If the eighth digit if the VIN is a C or 3... it will alert the DMV computers that it doesn't meet CA emissions requirements Also look at the "body type" on the registration if it says "RS" that means Road/ Street and your probably good. Mine said "TR" which means "trail" and it went through fine. GOOD LUCK and beware!
