  1. Thank you... I wasn't waiting the 30 Sec after each start.. Just kept hitting that starter button... lol It would finally fire up, the first day I took it home, I killed the battery trying!! I like the old normal battery better, just hit the start button and it always fired up first try.. Joe
  2. Would you mind sharing the proper starting procedures for the the FE with Lithium Battery.. I too, have found out the hard way on how to not try and start the bike.. =-)
  3. per the manual (it will show you the mapping device). Pull it out of the rubber boot holding it in place - on the end of there is a dial 0-9 I believe. Set it at 1 Soft or 2 advaced. Let me know if you need more help =-)

  6. I bought both the Yamaha and KTM 250 SXF.. I've been riding the KTM and decided that I don't need both bikes right now... I would like to sell it and pick up the LE R6 instead. Joe

  8. I've been riding an 05 KX65 for mini moto for the last year. Here's what I've done to it... Protaper SE bars, dropped one tooth on the front sprocket, SDG tall seat (KLX110), new front and rear springs custom made for my weight 200lbs, and one size smaller OE Kawi dog bones to raise the bike 1 inch in the rear. I've had great success with this bike competing with done up 110's and after a full season no problems what so ever.... Joe
  9. Hi Troy, MY springs were done by Cannon Race Craft Inc. (Forum Sponsor). The tall seat and Pro-Taper SE 50 bars made a huge difference. Joe
  10. What is happening to the pitbike industry................. It's evolving...... I have an 06 Pitster Pro 125 also... I converted the KX 65 to adult bike because people said it couldn't be done... I think they believe now!!! Joe

  12. Hi Idaho, My 06 is doing the same thing as yours.... It seems like when I downshift from 3rd it goes past 2nd and directly into neutral. I've also noticed if you rev it up while in neutral it will sometimes shift into gear!!! I've change the oil three times so far and it seems to be getting a little better. Joe
