    TTR230 Baja Dual Kit Questions

Have you contacted us directly? Email info@bajadesigns.com and our tech support team will happily send you the documents. Please include the above questions so they can provide you all of the answers you're looking for. We are open M-F 8:30-5:30 PST Baja Designs www.bajadesigns.com
  3. Correct - DC model for your Dual Sport Kit. With this Adapter you'll be 100% Plug and Play (w/ hi low functionality) https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/Squadron-Dual-Sport-Dimmer.asp
  4. That would certainly work as well - It mounts easily using 4 rubber straps. Some items behind the mask might need slight relocation
  5. Since you are running a Baja Designs Dual Sport Kit, the following options can bolt directly into the BD mask: https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/Dual-Sport-Squadron-Motorcycle-Lighting.asp We recommend the Squadron Sport if your stator is factory and has not been rewound. The Baja Designs Dual Sport Kit runs on DC power. AC would be great if the bike wasn't running our Dual Sport Kit Baja Designs www.bajadesigns.com

(03-15) is pumping 100W AC If a BD ground float is performed you have 150W DC. There is a tiny amount of DC before the ground float, but its very minor. Baja Designs www.bajadesigns.com

Your 2015 WR250F has enough AC electrical to run our Squadron Sport or Squadron Pro. Both are great options and offer different performance based on your needs. With the AC model you will NOT need any stator modifications. Contact us if you have any questions! Baja Designs WR250 General Discussion

Unfortunately it is not a direct fit. We often have customers change to a Polisport shell with our Squadron Pro or Squadron Sport. The mask mounts very easily using 4 adjustable rubber straps. Above are two links to the Sport and Pro offerings Baja Designs www.bajadesigns.com

    Baja Designs WR250 General Discussion

Are you looking to run off the factory headlight connection? We don't have a Plug and Play headlight connection, but this will be very close! We include the opposite side connection for easy wiring. Your bike needs the DC model: PRO https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/Squadron-Pro-MC-LED-Race-Light.asp SPORT https://www.bajadesigns.com/products/Squadron-Sport-MC-LED-Race-Light.asp Baja Designs www.bajadesigns.com

    200w stator

Our first year we offered a 200W rewind and after testing we revamped it to 150W. After the rewind, customers need to run their lights and keep a constant draw on the system. Many customers don't do this and it can cause the harness to fail. Lowering it to a safer 150W helps prevent harness failure. Thanks for posting up! Baja Designs www.bajadesigns.com
