    Hot start broken

its funny that you say that the clutches are suzuki, but my friend ready for the shocker of your life.......they are pulled right from the kx 125, its funny they actually put the clutches on bikes that have power, and now they are going through them like butter, the kx250 woulda been a better choice since it made like 6 more hp than the kxf/rmz compared to the 15 hp any other bike makes over 250fs =========================================================== 2004 crf-450-pro circut 20 mm triple clamps, pc fat bars, pc ti-4 exhaust, power now valve, and galfer disks w/ matching steel lines 2004 rmz-250- power now valve and renthals off of the 450 2003 XR 50-88 big bore, street tires and lift kit for urban rally mode!!

    rmz-no compression *update*

*news flash* according to the dealer i "over revved" the bike(its funny cause i never hit the rev limiter when i blew the bike up) ,also funny cause thats how you are supposed to ride a 250f, up high. but no worries, suzuki is sticking by me and repairing the bike, covering the parts and labor. they said the bike got "hot" and the valve guide softened, then the exhaust valve stuck, and got pushed through the valve guide sideways, bending the valve and striking the piston a few times. probably from my hot start being stuck open(recall). im glad to see suzuki is sticking by this, the guys at the shop did tell me however to gear the bike for more mid power riding, due to the fact that these bikes dont like to be revved super high......but these are race bikes!!!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------ 2004 Honda CRF 450- pro circut 20 mm triple clamps, pc ti-4 exhaust, power now valve, pc fat bars, 2004 RMZ-250- power now valve 2003 XR 50-88cc big bore, street tires and lift kit for urban rally mode,

i broke my bike in according to the manual, pretty much just putted the bike around, sorta like how WRookie rides everyday. i just changed the oil before that practice, maxima 4 stroke, the coolant level was to spec and the air filter was spotless, the service tech at our shop said the hot start, if open just a bit would make the bike run on the lean side, when i brought the bike home guess what i found in the mail, a recall notice on the hot start, well see if they stick to this one or not

    rmz-250 no compression

during the last practice at hanford raceway, my bike suddenly decided to lock up on the fastest straight. the bike siezed and then after an hour unfroze, now has no compression and makes a clicking sound in the valve train. will not start, clutch seems a little funny too, probably from the bike locking up while in third gear tapped. i have about 3 hours on the bike. if anyone else has had similar problems let me know, and if suzuki or kawi stood by the bike garrettlikescars@hotmail.com
