Complete Guide To Installing FCR MX on a XR600

Gentlemen, I know it has been awhile since I was on here. I'm back! and will be making the FCR adapters again for those who are interested. Please PM me with your request. Its good to see people are still modding away and making their great XR600 /650's even better. Below is a link to the wiki... with all the original pictures for those that are just joining us.

Bump. For those looking for the pics to go with this write up they are saved in a wiki article. https://www.thumpertalk.com/articles/complete-guide-to-installing-fcr-mx-on-a-xr600-r343/ A friend of mine still prints the adapter. Shoot him an email. Gregorylannan@gmail.com

    FCR question

Guess you guys didn't see this. I did a write up a few years back, using a 3D printed intake adapter. I still have the original prototype on my bike, still going strong. Below is the link for the wiki article. https://www.thumpertalk.com/articles/complete-guide-to-installing-fcr-mx-on-a-xr600-r343/ A friend mine still prints the adapter. You can email him at gregorylannan@gmail.com Happy modding... The FCR wakes up this bike like no other single mod I have ever done.

Fella's I have lost my hosting site for the images at the beginning of this thread. I'm not sure how to fix this as the thread is so old and I am not able to edit my first post. In the mean time here is the link to the Wiki which has all the photos from the build. http://www.thumpertalk.com/wiki/_/complete-guide-to-installing-fcr-mx-on-a-xr600-r343 Also if anyone else is interested in an adapter, let me know (PM, me) as I am about to stop making them for awhile, unless there is multiple people that need them.

The rubber versions never really worked, and were very expensive to make. I have been using the typical hard plastic. If you are interested PM me.
