    18' TE 250 jetting

Just picked up a 2018 TE 250 and was wondering what jetting you all are running for 6000-8000'? I had a JD jet kit on my 16' 250 SX and that was a complete waste of money, put the Suzuki needle in and it ran great! Thanks.

    Ready to Race?

My 250 SX wasn't ready to race either. It didn't have near enough gas in it, and I had to put backgrounds and numbers on it lol čĄö

    16-17 ktm bar clamps

Has anyone tried the Fastway mounts? I totally agree that the stock ones are complete crap!! I bent mine in a really slow speed tip over.

    New Boots Suggestions

Rocky Mtn has some SG12's on clearance for $399 right now
  6. Has anyone tried the Fox 180 Airline pants with knee braces? Just wondering if there is enough room in the knee to accommodate knee braces. I have TLD gear now and love the room in the knee but I want some vented gear and the Fox stuff looks pretty good and a good price. If not I might just spend mor and get vented TLD. Or any other suggestions?

    barbwire across the trails?

It's really sad people do this kind of crap!! I've worried about this kind of stuff before while out riding and my son and I are hauling ass. I'm always leading so it will at least be me to hit it first and I pray to God the rest of my crew will stop in time!

    Axo a2 boots

I'd like to know too. I have SG 10's now but thinking about getting the AXO A2 because I have a 50% off deal with AXO, but I wanna make sure they are good quality, protective boots.

    2016 250 SX jetting

So I assume when you run a Suzuki needle you need a much richer main? What altitude are you at?

    2016 250 SX jetting

The bike came with a optional N1EF& N1EG I will also but a 40 pilot and try that out
  13. Sorry about the jetting question! I searched but couldn't find what I was looking for. My bike is 100% stock, jetting is the stock, N1EH needle 4th from top MJ: 158, PJ 42, AS 2 I'm running 91 octane 40:1 Yamalube. In Colorado about 4500' and 75 out today. That jetting is exactly what the book calls for and I took it to the track today and off the bottom it felt way rich. I even fouled a plug in less than an hour. I tried adjusting the air screw but kept coming up with about 2-2 1/2 turns do I really need a smaller pilot? Different clip position or should I go with a N1EG? What do you all suggest? I'm at a loss, I'm not very good at jetting!

    Back on Orange

Well as of today I'm back on orange!! I sold my 05' 525 SX and bought a KX450f back in 2010, it was a great bike but time for something different. I have been missing a 2 stroke a lot lately so I picked up a CR250r as a project bike, finished it up and took it to the track...man I forgot just how fun the 2 stroks are to ride!! So yesterday I decided to go check out the new ones...well I ended up with a new 2016 250 SX. I sure do love the quality of KTM! Can't wait to get out and rip this SX!!
