  1. HI AND HELP I have done the following and have an intermittent spark. I have switched the entire electrical system, component to component from the other 110, tested stator, coil, tdi box, bypassed the switch, intermittent spark. Is it possible that I put a part in from the other bike, and smoked, say the coil or the stator. HElp, I am no electrical wiz, but love the klx~! Laura
  2. I did it now to learn to split the cases
  3. A few weeks ago I told you all that my klx made marble sounds..so last weekend I went and bought a new one. Son rode it for a bit and then, BAM, it stopped RUNNING> OMG The motor won't spark and someone told me to take out the clutchbasket..HOW? I just drove 2 hours and got a tool from a mechanic that DOESN'T work...help! Laura is running out of patience with these klx's.
  4. HI ALL, SOMEONE WAS SO KIND TO SEND ME THE LINK TO THE MANUAL AND I LOST IT...CAN WHOMEVER SENT IT TO ME KINDLY SEND IT AGAIN.
  5. how do you find the output shaft in a klx110
  6. HI There, the 110 sounds like marbles rattling when I kick it over, someone told me the output shaft is broken? Anyone have any other thoughts? I tore the bike down to the kickstart and didn't see anything in there, which, honestly, surprised me. I thought for sure that something broke off and was marbling around in there. I am so frustrated..don't have tons of money to fix it and am pretty mechnically inclined, so I can DO THIS, just need some help!@ Thanks, People Laura and GO PATRIOTS!!!
  7. hi you all, is the output shaft easily fixed, and is the diagnosis marble sounds when fired over?
  8. starts, won't idle, sounds like marbles in the motor is the best I can do. I was hoping that the bearings were loose inside the kickstart, but to no avail. IDK what the deal is! I am stumped!
  9. thanks so much, I tore the kicker out, when the bike is cranked over, sounds like marbles somewhere deep in motor. I have to go out to shed and get the diagram of all I have done and will message you again, THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING!
  10. Hi Everyone, We tore down my son's 110 yesterday after months of sitting, someone else rode the bike and admitted when it died that their pant leg had been stuck in the kickstart. Tore it down and can't see anything noticibly wrong, STUMPED. Any help would be great, this kid races his YZ85 and we are getting sick of the wear and tear on the "race bike" we need our pit bike back! Thanks and GO PATS Laura
