  4. Hey guys, I have some Yamaha and Honda goodies for sale in the classifieds. (1) a near new Braking 320mm wave rotor for a late model CRF450. This was a spare I bought for my race bike. I used it once or twice but it is still in damn near new condition. Has a little rust on the swept surface because it has been sitting in a bag, in a parts bin for about 2 years, one trip up and down the street with it and that will be gone.. $100.00 plus shipping and PayPal. http://www.thumpertalk.com/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=58549 (2) is a set of Works Connection radiator guards, they are also for a Honda CRF450 but I anodized them blue, since I anodized everything blue on all my bikes (yeas including my Honda). $25.00 plus shipping and PayPal. (3) is a set of Honda CRF450 radiators. the right one has a slight bend in it from a fall BEFORE I put the radiator guards on. the left one is perfect, and they come with a radiator cap, and hoses. $100.00 plus paypal and shipping. http://www.thumpertalk.com/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=58551 I also have a complete stock brake set up for a CRF450 including front master cylinder, calipers and front brake line. If interested email me for that, but since this is the supermoto forum, I figured none of you would be interested in stock stuff.

Thank you very much guys, I appreciate all the compliments. Looks like I have a local buyer lined up who wants both bikes. He was the first person to come by and look at them and I figured the first guy who saw them in person would want to buy them. Says he will have the money for me today so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt.......been here before with buyers though so I know the drill. Thanks again, guys, the more I look at my poor ladies sitting in the garage, the more I hate selling them....these bikes were a lot of blood, sweat and tears. Hopefully this guy if he buys them will take care of them. This was my old race bike (and one with me on it at Grange) I sold it over a year ago and have not heard from the guy ever since, plus nobody has ever seen the bike on a track that I know of.... Just evaporated into thin air:

    Converting 01 426 to supermoto

Depends on how deep you want to go. For example, my bike is one extreme, you do not have to go this far, but you can still find 2005 body work and a subframe and get it looking somewhat like this. This is a 2001 WR426F

    Tire pressure?

Same here, on the street with slicks, 16.5 front and 17x5.0 rear
  10. TeamScream

Does anyone offer a DOT tire for the 16.5 rim?

Could not pass up an opportunity to say hi to PeteN, WOW dude how the hell have you been bro! ?

    Brand New Supermoto DVD released

Might want to fix that first link Scott, Spelled incorrectly and shoots you off into the hay bails.
  12. The best way is to make a little bracket that you can pop-rivet to the fork guard for the pick-up portion, then the little magnet replaces one of your front rotor bolts. Eh...sorry did not see the above example before I posted......sorry.

    My 2001 yz426f street project

The 426's are among the most reliable bikes out there in my opinion. Are they a little heavy by today's standards? sure but only by about 6 lbs or so. I love my 2001, it is still one of the prettiest supermoto's out there....wherever I go on it....but then again....that's my opinion..... Bought it off the showroom floor in late 2001

Do YZ 426 or WR 250R Wheels fit 04 WR 450?

Yes the 426 wheels will fit, and I am pretty sure the wr250 wheels will fit also. They did not change the front end from 2000 to 2004. Not sure what they did in 2005 because I have not had one in my hands.
