  1. thanks for the advice ill have another machine shop check everything again and leak test....i think has to have a crck somewhere...ill post results
  2. dont know what else is there? cylinder and head been resurfaced and pressure tested per machine shop and gaskets replaced and still having water enter into engine oil side and no water trans side? water only in head and cylinder right? or is there any passages in case area where possible water could enter?
  3. not sure what machine shop pressured tested head and cylinder but they also checked and resurfaced both head and cylinder and still has water leak into engine oil?
  4. If that seal went wouldn't the water mix with trans oil? and or leak out weep hole? got no water in trans side only engine side....thanks
  5. 09 Honda 450R has problem water in engine oil, no water in trans side, had the head gasket and cylinder gasket replaced twice, had the head pressure tested ok and both head and cylinder resurfaced and still radiator water fills engine oil side after about 30 mins of riding with new gaskets....need help...anywhere else water can get in engine oil?... anyone else had this problem? thanks!
  6. already changed head gaskets 3x resurfaced head and cylinder and had head and cylinder pressured check ok, crank seals and w/p seals replaced, no water in trans side,but every time reassemble would be ok for about 30 mins of riding then water leaks into engine side again? anything else might be letting water into engine oil side? thanks
