  1. if you don't have access to technology then the ol' dollar through the door seal trick helps locate air gaps.
  2. Your dad is worth more than a cheap set of walmart speakers. At least go to best buy and get something just a little better.
  3. that looks real good and strong. I like the stake pockets, tie downs, and heavy duty coupler. Looks a lot better than what most trailer mfgs sell.
  4. Just wondering if anybody went with a eu1000i, yama 1000, etc vs the larger 2000W units and why you picked 1000 over a 2000W?

    Subaru Baja

A dude I ride with has one. He built a custom ramp/extender for the bike. Cool setup.
  6. Yes good unit. Hardest part is finding a good place to mount it that is within it's mounting restrictions (angle) some trucks are easier than others. Mine has worked fine for the last few years and it is easy to get it tuned to your load.

    Tell me what you think...

No if you get black steel wagon wheels. I have the same truck with black steel wheels

    07 Tundra specs are up

Wonder how much they will sell for? If it isn't priced much over a F150 / 1500 then Toy should sell a buttload of tundras.

    3.0L was the only V6.

The engine was my main problem with my truck. main bearings, oil consumption, no power. Clutch wasn't good either. If you can do mechanical repairs then don't be scared of a 200,000 mile old vehicle otherwise expect to be bled dry paying a mechanic to keep it running.

    Utility trailer suspension mods

Good point. Like you said switching to larger radial tires, torsion axle and possibly shocks would help a lot.

    Utility trailer suspension mods

I have been looking into this issue as well. If you have fab skills you can make a independent suspension with air springs or coilovers Not only will this give you travel it will also give you clearance. I'm working on copying this design: http://outdoors.off-road.com/outdoors/article/articleDetail.jsp?id=311481 The leafs and even the rubber torsion don't give enough travel.

    Engine coolant types?

I made that mistake before cause it's easy to just grab a hose. After 10 years my rad was totally plugged up. Never again will I use tap water. Guess I'm going to walmart to stock up on some green.
