RMZ 450 2013 can't get rid of head shake!

I had the same issues with my 2013. I had done all the things you have done so far and they helped a ton. The last step I took was buying the Ride Engineering Rear linkage. Made it feel like a totally new bike. i definitely recommend the linkage!

    2012 suspension on 13-14 chassis

I know I am slightly off subject, but I think its still relative. My buddy is a shop owner and managed a Suzuki race team in 2012 so I have access to a lot of parts for good prices. I was considering buying his 2012 RG3 RMZ A Kit suspension. He told me that with the new SFF technology it can be made better than a 2012 A kit. I rode one of the 2011 bikes with A kit suspension. I am not going to claim that my SFF forks are better, but I can promise they are every bit as good as a $10,000 setup. My suspension is RG3 also and I have it so dialed. I have had multiple friends ride my bike and went to buy 2013 RMZ450. They let some local guys do their suspension work and now they are all debating on letting RG3 do theirs too haha. Hopefully you will get what I am trying to say here and maybe it will help.

I know the suspension is a lot different on your 2009 from my 2014 SFF suspension, but the Ride Engineering rear linkage made a world of difference. It totally changed my bike and it was all for the good! I highly recommend the linkage for our bikes!

Well the main reason I didn't go with RG3 is because it does not fit the 2013 and 2014 RMZ450s. They changed the bolt size for the link and the knuckle this past year. My buddy owns a race shop so he hooked me up with a good deal on the RG3 linkage and I ended up getting rid of it once I pulled it apart. As far as I know FCR and my Ride Engineering are the only two companies that currently make a rear linkage for the 2013 and 2014 bikes.

No, I have not had any issues with losing coolant. I did not have any problems with stock radiators and have yet to have any problems with the new over sized radiators either.

    13 450 Headshake

I suggest ordering the Ride Engineering rear linkage. They are the only company i have found that makes it for the 2013-14 RMZ450. It made my bike feel so much better and I didnt think it was possible to feel any better! I had already cured most of my head shake, but the link totally did away with it! Its worth the $140 in my book!

    Let's see your RM-Z450!

epikmx.com did them. I did the color combo and tweeked the design a little but that was their base design. I loved his designs, but honestly i probably wont buy from him again. I am not totally happy with the quality of graphics and it took forever to get them. He also claimed that he would send a cupon for my next purchase because of the time it took but he never did.

My 2013 RMZ450. My favorite additions are probably the Carbon Fiber hubs with Excel A60 Wheels. I have over sized rads, blue hose kit, and a moto seat on the way!

    2013 RMZ 450 Lowering Link

Well it changed my sag almost 15mm but I set it back to around 100mm. Once I set it back the setup felt the same, just felt more comfortable at high speed

    2013 RMZ 450 Lowering Link

I finally got to test my ride engineering rear link on my 2013 RMZ 450 this weekend. My suspension was already amazing in my book, but this linkage blew my mind. The track was really rough and beat down saturday but my rear stayed planted everywhere. So much stability in both the whoops and breaking bumps. I could also feel it staying planted more through corners!
