    Better Woods bike 03 or 04 RM250?

No. If I remember correctly, they're probably about the same. I do remember the 04 being a little wilder, and more powerful. The 04 RM 250 motor was the most powerful engine Suzuki produced. Old mechanic is pretty much spot on with his post. I now have a Rekluse in my 250, and thing can be ridden like a trials bike now

    Better Woods bike 03 or 04 RM250?

I've had an 04, and have an 01. The Showa forks are no thicker than the KYB...... The motor on my 04 was better on the MX track than it was in the woods. It was powerful. KYB single chamber forks make better woods suspension that the SHowas, and are easier to re-valve, and setup.

    Powder coated wheels

If you really want to pc the hoops, go ahead. When you change tires, use something to protect the rim from the levers. I've had mine coated for a couple years now, and they're OK, and I race and ride my bike in all types of shit

A little shot of wd40 in the hinges will fix you right up.

    Clutch DRAG.

When I replaced my plates, it wasn't because there was really anything wrong with them. They were just getting close to the wear limit. I got an EBC kit, and found the fibres to be too thick, so I only installed half new fibres with half old. The clutch has been working very well for 3 seasons now, two of which have been with a Rekluse

2003 rm 250 set up for the woods

I wasplaying with the idea of a fww for my RM, but really couldn't justify spending that much money on a piece of metel...so I spent more, and got a Rekluse! LOVE IT!!!! Stuck a WER damper on it too. The bike works great in the woods with the above mods, and EE suspension

You know not what you speak. Do a little research on the Allison diesel engines, and you will quickly learn about diesel oil requirments

    Powdercoat costs?

Ya, you go and sand pc off with emery, or scotch brite. Let us know how far you get with that

Oh I.m sorry. I thought you were hiring

    Powdercoat costs?

sand bearing surfaces????? HUH????? Remove the races, and ask the coater to mask the area, so you can get the race back in. Thread old bolts into all threaded holes before sand blasting, and coating, to preserve threads. Although pc is one tough paint, I am not exactly sold on it for dirtbike frames. It will chip, and wear, and from what I hear, is a real bugger to touchup, and ends up looking like ass

    Fly wheel weight

set the suspension properly, and adjust the power valve spring tension, and see if that helps tame the bike down for you. I ride woods, and was looking at fww myself, but instead spent a little more and got a Rekluse. My bike works REAL good now!
