KX Radiators

I have a 2003 kx125 and after rebuilding and filling up with coolant today found my right rad has a big old leak in it! A quick ebay search showed lots available.. Many radiators I came across state they are for 98, 2000, 2004+ kx125 bikes but they all appear identical to my stock 03 rads. Even the rads from 250's seem to look no different.. Does anyone have a better idea than me in regards to which radiators will fit which years and if there is a difference between the 125 and 250 rads? thanks here is my build so far.. getting close to a ride!

oh ok... would it be worthwhile taking some sand paper to it to smooth out as much as possible? how do you think my jetting will need to change from this hack up?

    KX Carburetor Help Needed

By "air bypass the slide" you mean if the hacking extended past the slide edge? I had a close look and it does not. Could I still be ok? I guess if the hacking extended past the edge of the slide it would be really bad. No budget to replace the carb at the moment thanks for your help

    KX Carburetor Help Needed

I have picked up a project 2003 kx125 in need of lots of love. Ripped it all apart over the last few months.... and am in the process of putting everything back together. I am getting pretty close and am starting to think about things like suspension tuning and more specifically jetting the carb. When I took the carburetor apart I found that one of the previous owners has ground away at the walls of the carb where the airbox would attach. My question is what effect will that have on the performance of the carburator and how should I expect to play with the jetting to compensate? I have just installed a new weisco piston and rings.. all new gaskets and seals in the engine and carburator. FMF fatty expansion chamber, FMF muffler (re-packed) 410 main jet (stock is 420) 40 pilot (stock) clip is in the middle (3rd position which is stock) thanks for any feedback! http://s1259.photobucket.com/albums/ii543/beezwick/?action=view&current=9cfc9886.jpg
