  1. Hi all, I'm building a 93 KX 125 but I recently acquired a nice set of 95 forks for a tenner! I know they won't fit my yokes but I just wanted to know if anyone had swapped the yokes over from a 95 to a 93 yet? If not how easy would it be to modify another set of yokes ? - I've got a large amount of woodwork experience and lots of engineering help at my disposal. Can't seem to find any info on this. Anyway cheer in advance!

  4. Hi all, I'm just starting new project and need some advice/ compatibility help ?? I have a 93 Kawasaki kx 125 frame, a 95 swing arm, 94 linkage and a set of 98 front plastics and from my research I'm pretty confident that they will all fit with little or no modification. I also have a kmx 125 front end and a rm 250 rear wheel, these parts I'm more sceptical about but I've had them for a little while so at the least I can use them for a mock-up (I hope) Limited funds as always but I have been getting work quite a bit of work at the moment doing guitar repair, removals, furniture repair and even some gardening! The purpose of this thread is simply to inspire people like me to give something a go and see if it can be done! Being 17 and in part time education, engineering and product design A level I don't have a wealth of info to refer to when I get stuck! So... questions! Will I be able to use my KMX front end ?? Can I use a 95 kx front end ?? (with 95 yokes, I know that the 93 ones are only 43mm) Are my parts compatible so far ? and lastly. What are you're views on saving and buying a 'basket case' instead of making it out of parts off evil-bay and gumtree?? I have just under a hundred pounds spent on this project so far, all parts mention above. thanks for looking, please help!
