  1. When retarding, the spark plug fires earlier, so the explosion inside the engine can stop the piston, what is coming upwards. The inertia can cause the connecting rod snapping.
  2. check the carb ! the 2 strokers do this when cold, if in the wideo was warmed up, then there are some other possibilities. can be ignition problem, firstly clean the spark plug(may be better if you buy a new one), and check your ignition timing. if everything is ok, then check the reed valve and the power valvean if everything is ok, then try to adjust the carb.These are the metods would use
