  1. I also suffer from this problem I ended up seeing a doctor who said that the best treatment was to stop doing activities which caused it to flair up (well dugh, thanks Doc). It was at its worst for me at the end of a days work when I had been infront of the computer for quite a while. I decided to change my mouse to one with the ball scroller on the side (you move the mouse cursor with your thumb) and that has significantly helped with my tennis elbow.
