    Wiring lights on 09 crf450R

It could be the battery. Make sure you don't have any wires exposed or grounding out.

    Wiring lights on 09 crf450R

http://gallery.trailtech.net/media/instructions/lights/stators/010-ELV-41.pdf I have since taken all my lights off but I will try and make a diagram to give you an idea. Do you have a complete lighting kit from Baja or just the headlight and brake light? Turn signal? http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt192/jostith/1986%20XR250R/TuskDiagram.png https://www.thumpertalk.com/uploads/monthly_03_2016/post-178979-0-68972300-1458405674.png I ran a separate wire from the red(main power right after the fuse) to the control switch to run my headlight. Once I get home I will layout all the parts and harness to give you an idea if the above diagrams don't help.

Not sure if this helps you or not but I wired my 11' off the stator. It is wired off the stator using the Baja Designs harness which steals power then I have a tusk harness with compact control switch and works perfectly without having a battery. I have all led lights as well so the draw is really low. I know the 11' has a either a 60 or 70 watt stator, not sure about the 09'. Hope this at least gives you another option in case yours doesn't work. Jason

    Random pics.

That's the plan. I think next year I will try and throw her on a PW50 and see what happens.

    11' CRF450R 4th gear shutoff?

I haven't changed it yet. The previous owner changed it before he sold it but of course I don't know exactly how many hours was put on it in that time frame.

Yeah man same here, it really is a shame. I will give it a look. Thanks!!! Jason
  11. So the past two times I have been riding the bike will shutoff once I hit 4th gear wide open. It did it both times at the beginning of the ride but once it was really warmed up it doesn't happen the rest of the day. I think it could be some sort of sensor issue but this is my first FI dirtbike so this is a different monster then a carburetor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Maryland Riders

I was looking for some new people to possibly ride with. I live in Baltimore County and would like to know if anyone has any trail spots or tracks. I have spot I ride at but it's small and we have been riding it for years. Hope to hear from some of you.

Installed a few more goodies including new grips, Megabomb, Twin Air High Flow air filter and complete front fork rebuild kit. Eddie has the ECU programmed perfectly!!! Next on the list is a Rekluse EXP Core 3.0.
