  3. Just used the vin number. 1981 and later- 17 digit serial # - 10th number (2001 up) or letter (1981 to 2000) designates the year model. #1 is 2001, #2 is 2002, and so on. B = 1981, Z = 1982, D = 1983, E = 1985, F = 1985, G = 1986, H = 1987, J = 1988, K = 1989, L = 1990, M = 1991, N = 1992, P = 1993, R = 1994, S = 1995, T = 1996, V = 1997, W = 1998, X = 1999, Y = 2000.

  6. I just installed new clutch plates in my 97 rm 125. Once I had it all put back together I can't get my cable to tighten up. It was working fine before. Now it has way to much slack. What did I do wrong? Also, what's the standard bore of this bike? 54.00? Will a 53.98 work?
