  1. Hi all, Last summer my 07 KTM450 SXF was over heating quite a bit, especially in tight trails. After doing some research, I noticed this problem was fairly common. I also found out that these bikes run lean from the factory, so I figured rejetting it would help at least a little bit. RIght now I have the stock settings and live at sea level in Pennsylvania (185 main, 40 pilot, 4th clip from top, and 1.5 turns out on the air screw). I am thinking about going to a 190 main and a 42 pilot. Does anyone have experience tweaking the jet specs on this bike that can help me out. Ideally, I would like to get a JD kit but can not afford one at the moment. Thanks for any input. -BB
