I'll help my fellow 99 cr owner out. These are straight out of the Honda manual. The sizes are for 2500 to 5000 ft. 19-60 degrees slow is 42 main is 192 4th clip position 39-60 slow is 42 main is 188 3rd clip 59-80 slow is 42 main is 185 3rd clip 79-100 slow is 42 main is 180 2nd or 3rd clip Hope this helps you out, but you might want to spend the money on a manual it is best money spent on a bike if you are going to work on it.

    showa fork help

Funny enough I just went through this yesterday , and no there is not a way to get them apart with out getting the nut off. I used a die grinder to grind the nut down till I got through the flat part of the nut and used a hammer and chisel to get it out of the lower tube... the cheapest I found them was $90 bucks each from Rocky Mountain ATV. hope that helps
