I'd imagine it would cause other damages, better look closely at other parts, even though they may seem normal it could be totally opposite haha, best luck man

    93 kx250 kickstart

Ok so I just sheared the kicker shaft on my "new to me" 250. Is there any years that are interchangeable, cause I can't find anything on eBay.

    2004 350 L YFM won't crank over

The starter was the problem. The solenoid would click but it wouldn't crank when I pressed the button. Low and behold when I tester the starter it was shot. You take the negative end of a battery charger and ground it to somewhere on the engine. Then take the positive end and touch that to the wire post on the starter. If it don't crank, it never will. I ended up getting a brand new solenoid with it too. So to anyone who is having those symptoms, there is your answer.

    2003 warrior 350 problem

On the stator side? You probably need to replace a seal or somehow use an rtv of some sort.

    2004 350 L YFM won't crank over

Ok so I've replaced the fuse, the solenoid, rebuilt the starter, and got a whole new ignition. I feel as though the stator could be the next thing to look at? Some pic of her to get an idea

    97 Kx100-B forks, what happened?!

It's the stock spring, stock everything really.

    97 Kx100-B forks, what happened?!

I ordered a whole for rebuild kit, just to save the haste of buying stuff separately. Since I only wiegh 115 lb's I think I'll stick with the same oil wieght as well.

    97 Kx100-B forks, what happened?!

I pulled them apart and the rods are perfectly fine, so are the caps. I guess at one point they just shook out or something. The bushings are toast the seals were also shot. Any good brands on seals and bushings? All Balls seems pretty legit.

    97 Kx100-B forks, what happened?!

I believe your right only for the sake of, the rod might have snapped or stripped out of the cap. I made sure it was all together when I put it back together but I didn't torque anything besides the caps

    97 Kx100-B forks, what happened?!

So for the people who can't see this immage or can't see the problem, the forks are probably hanging a foot lower than they probably should be. I'm thinking when I redid the seals I f*cked something up? Here's the picture:

    Crank/Rod choice?

Thanks for the pointer, think the crank rebuild will be cheeper than hot rods? And yes I have ridden the Cagiva, it's a 1985 model, 125. I saved my crank from self destruction but sadly the Cagiva's crank wasn't caught in time. These are just pics of the piston that was in it. And I know, tats not the correct piston for it but it was the right bore and stroke. The piston was originally from a 1986 rm 125 or 250. I'm not sure, it's my brothers ride haha

    BLOWN UP!

Just saved my bike from doing this, now I'm either rebuilding my crank or going to Hot Rods.
