Enduro's always have lights. They are made for competition where connecting roads are used. If you have interest in woods riding (if gnarly), enduro suspension is actually better than mx suspension and versatile enough for jumping.

Yes, those bikes can do a great variety. Is there actually an ktm xc350? I know the exc is already quite light from 2015 on.

They go 3 times back and forth to other continents. 2 weeks can give you time to adjust for the race, but you need to maintain your fitness schedule and the ride training too while you are still adjusting in the first week. And then after the race you need to go back home where you'll be jet lagged again or go to another time zone within that continent.

There is not much time difference in Europe itself of course, but there are big time differences between Europe and Indonesia, China, Malaysia and the Americas, plus the differences of Northern and Southern hemispheres. You should know that if you follow mxgp at all. That is almost half the world, including the climate differences obviously and track conditions. So that means from even frozen tracks to hot tropical tracks. And these are not only races, but of course the training too. This together is already a challenge on itself.

And normally they are jet lagged half the season.

Maybe I have missed it, but the only reference in motocross is the mxon as far as I know. Coldenhoff maybe subtop but he represents the rest of a weak field. Same goes for the French, Belgians other Italians etc. So what is the reference? You can't reference on Herlings and AC. They are incredibly fast, faster than anyone has done before.

Coldenhoff is no top gun. And how exactly do you measure a weak field? What is the reference?

And yet, an average gp rider like Coldenhoff was faster than any any top American at the mxon.
  13. How good are those 2014/15 bikes versus each other? Maybe I would like to get rid of my CRF450 and KTM 400 and go with just 1 bike. I ride mostly open spaces trails of soft terrain and sand practice on a track. I need something diverse, plated and 4 stroke.
