    2015 KTM 350 XCF Lighting

    So here is my take on adding lights to the 350 XCF without adding a new stator. I only need the lights for inspection and emergencies so I think this solution will work great. I bought a HS1 base LED bulb. I found a 30 W that draws 6 W of power and a 80 W bulbs that uses 10 W. I opted for the 30 W to use less power. It was a direct plug and play. Also love the EE headlight as it comes with an on and off switch. Here are links to bulbs that will fit.     Thanks for sharing, I noticed the thread was based on using the capacitor with the kick starter, wondering if you don't have a kick starter if it still has enough power to turn the bike over? Thanks.

    Can you put a XCFW stator on the bike? I am always "nervous" to run aftermarket stators. I really want the lights to pass inspection and for an "oh shit" moment to get out of the woods at night.
  7. I have done some research and can't find any threads on the newer 350's, I am wondering if the stock stator can run a head and tail light without problems? Also is the Sicass or EE kits plug and play? It appears the older 350's were not. I would like to put a headlight and tail light on my XCF but not really interested in updating the stator unless I absolutely had to. Thanks.

I just landed in SLC from the east coast and need to re jet a few bikes any help would be great, please see below: Yamaha YZ250 Yamaha XT225 (wife) Ktm 950 SE WR450F (Super excited this one has FI so it needs nothing) They are currently set up fit sea level. Which way do I need to go in jets, thanks again. Ps anyone want to ride?

    I was wondering the same thing about the CDI, I also picked one up on this past Saturday for cheap and have been having trouble starting it. I think I am going to hit the dealer and ask for the sniffer test that was mentioned earlier in the thread.

    This is one confusing carb! Do you think it is the AP? Can I check that without pulling the whole thing apart again? I have never worked on such a complicated carb.

    I searched and could not find exactly what I am looking for and I need some help. The bike runs amazing at mid to high rpm's but there is a nasty flat spot at the bottom of the throttle and if you snap it the bike will sometimes shut off. I don't know much about the these carbs other than taking it in and out of the bike is a pain. I check all the jets and they were clean. Someone told me it might be the accelerator pump? If so any suggestions on how to clean? I live in NYC (basically sea level) and it currently has a slip on but that is the only mod. The pilot seems kind of large to me as well as it is a 65. Thanks for any tips, it is my fathers bike and I am trying to get it running right for him.
