    Rattling Noise Bottom End help?

Never have checked the valve clearances or cut off the decompression The best I've done so far is to take off the end cap of my muffler to hide the noise lol Noticing after the rebuild that the oil is always very clean hence the noise the engine is making

    Rattling Noise Bottom End help?

Sounds like the same issue I've had since I bought mine Only revving the bike will the noise become more apparent Thought I chased it down with the top end rebuild having noticed the front end of the piston wearing through the cylinder but still makes the noise Had been told it was the cam chain so I replaced that to no change in rattling Skid plate has been off and on no difference And definitely oil has had many changes I'd be curious to see if anyone else has had this problem and if they have chased it down 06 drzs appx. 7,000 mi.

There is a lot of trail riding and power lines on near the east end of rt.44 , Plymouth , Plympton area Every time I drive through there , there's always some sort of riding activity going on, my cousin lives in the area and claims there's a lot of riding around there I have not explored around there however I do plan to. (There's also an mx track nearby) As far as where I was in the pics , I'd say I was local to the stretch of 44 but more north west. Thanks for the reply and happy trails I'll post more pics and areas when I venture

Went for a nice mild winter ride last weekend found some great stretches of powerlines and woods trails aound the Norton, Easton line (Massachusetts) Glad to be able to work the new tires in and enjoying the drz's seemingly endless power and suspesion travel

Those are nearly slick arent they lol More to come as I haven't had much ride time lately Realizing those knobs dont grab the street as well as the slicks do
