  1. It still wont go on. Ive made sure the impeller gears are right, tried doing it with no dowel pins, even put the bike on its side because someone told me that there is a pin that falls into place but it still wont go on. So many times ive attempted to do this but it still refuses to go on. Still a hair of wiggle on the cover that i dont want to tighten because thats how i cracked the previous cover. The new cover i ordered is off an 08 the bikes on 09 but i read they are the same thin

So it appears the dowel pin on the top left corner near the kick start refuses to go in completely.... How would I fix this? Thanks

Crf 150r right crankcase cover won't settle

Exactly, that's what I don't want to do this time around. So true though.

So I would have to take off the lsft case to do that?
  9. I've been trying to install the right crankcase cover for some days now. Last one I had cracked because I figured the little wiggle on there would go away when I tighten it, bit it didn't. There's a little wiggle that won't go away, and I don't want to break my new 80 dollar crank cover again. The impeller shaft and gears are lined up, and I don't know what's wrong. If I get it to go away on the top, the gap goes to the bottom and vise versa.

Well, I don't have to worry about any of this because my clutch cover cracked when I was tightening it. Any ideas how this could have happened? It was all lined up. I did tighten the bolts in a criss cross pattern

I will try the o ring mod once I get the bike back together

The bike also bogs pretty easily... Would this be an adjustment or an air leak? Im planning on rejetting soon.

How to remove impeller on a crf 150r?

In the manual, it told me to inspect the bypass pipe and o ring. The o ring is bad. Could this be contributing to the leak? What are other causes of a leak like this? Thanjs

I've seen a lot about the o ring/ap mod - what exactly does it do? I've seen alot about the o ring/ap mod. What exactly does it do?
