  1. I got my flywheel out of my yz85 with a flathead , nut, bolt , and hammer with no damage
  2. Hi I'm trying to figure out the year of the engine In my yz85, the bike was sold to me as a 2012 but I found out the frame was 2004, maybe the engine was 2012? Any help I have some pics of the engine codes , thanks
  3. Ok thanks man, ya the kit I see on eric gorr says the 112 had to run race fuel
  4. I was wondering if I had to run race fuel with a yz112 thanks, highest octane I can get around here is 92
  5. It could be the reeds or jetting is off , pro circuit has a jetting chart online that shows oem jetting

  7. Correct me if I am wrong anyone, but the higher altitude means that air is less dense, reqiring less fuel to achieve the optimal air/fuel mixture. So my guess would be that the stock jetting would be sufficent.
  8. Ya your right they are alil $$$$ but there are other options , if he's getting a hammerhead shifter he can go with Asv! Haha
  9. Yes there is a bunch of different 5.8 brand shocks on ebay for your yz250
  10. The Pri setting allows fuel to free flow into the carb. It's normally only used when you've run the bike dry and need to get some fuel into the carb to start it.You won't have any fuel leak out while running it in the prime position, unless the float is screwed up or you lay the bike down. It's when the bike is off and the petcock is in prime that you have the potential for leakage.
  11. Get your suspension tuned for the MX track or slightly stiffer, i found mine to be too bouncy on the track but on the trails it was perfect. Maxxis rear tires are the best, I also didn't like the stock gear shifting lever on the bike so i changed it to a MRSHP Aluminum shifting lever, had more engine clearance
  12. All u have to do is order the set (maybe 2 sets) and cut them to size of stock and match them up
