    Hey Bronco, Tighten Up!!!

Didn't mean to offend. I am thankfull for the help (When somebody answers the question without saying do the search first, if we all searched the history before asking a question, we would all find the answers after spending hours searching and wouldn't need an on going forum, just a data base.) around here. I guess when your typing it, it can be seen differently.

    Hey Bronco, Tighten Up!!!

Your links in the FAQ's at the top of the forum have gone bad, I don't know how long that the TT store has not carried the DJ kit, or how long its been since you checked but its gone now. How about an update for newbie's Tks, CEA see i learned how to ask nicely.

    Question-Side or top mount ?

I found 1 post about if your bolts are on the side or top, but are they refering to the handle bar or shock?

    Question-Side or top mount ?

I'm about to place an order for the cycra handguards, but after checking all the previous posts and the cycra web site, I can't find what the real differences are between the side and top triple mounts. If you guy's can chime in I would greatly appeciate it.

    Need Help about TT Store

I've found the CFC case guards, and Unibiker radi covers, but I'm having trouble finding the SS brake lines, Scotts SS oil filter and Silkaline oil on there. My new 05DRZS will be assembled today for pick-up Thursday and I want to change the oil after about 30 miles, Its going to be very hard not to ride much till the stuff comes in on UPS. I'm also going to add the MCCT, but want to wait the warranty period out first, speaking of which, will the E head gasket, DJ kit, air box mod. change void the warranty? Another couple questions since I'm here, what are the best rated hand guards out there to fit the stock bars or do you recommend dumping the Suz bars right off the bat?. I would also like to lighten up the bike since I had my sights on a Gas Gas 450 (250lbs/50bhp) till Burned recommended against it, but Ive not seen anything in the posts the make much of a difference in weight savings. I want to thank you guy's for all your help previously and in the future!

    2005 DRZ-S Price/Ripoff?

Thanks fella's for all your help and suggestions, I decided to arm myself with some more ammo. on the net here you can find the dealer cost at cyclebuy.com Here's what I found: List Price $5499.00 (we know that). Dealer cost $4690.00 Dealer Cost price includes $125.00* freight charge for shipping from the manufacturer to the dealership. * Freight cost increased to $150.00 0n January 1, 2005. Assembly Cost: $35.00 per Suzuki dealer price sheet. each dealership has its own method of figuring the actual cost to assemble for sale. READY TO SELL COST: $4750.00 Dealer Hold Back: This Suzuki MC has a 3% (of list price) dealer holdback. holdback money is paid to Suzuki dealers 2 times per year. So, If you take $5499.00 times .03, you get $165.00--Total dealer cost is $4585.00

    2005 DRZ-S Price/Ripoff?

I just got this Fax quote from Streit's Motorsports in Gainesville, Florida. Please give me your thought's on if I should travel to a larger city, ( Jacksonviile, Orlando) for a better price. Also check out these overhead costs, I think their double dipping. 2005 DRZ 4002--Price of unit...$5499.00---( List price) Administrative Fee....$119.50 Freight....$212.50 Handling....$112.35 Preperation.....$79.90---Told them to add grease to head Tag & Title...$77.00 Sales Tax...$405.36 They said they have the bike in the back in a crate, so I'm going to ask to see it, if their lieing to me ( I hate liars ) or are they just doing a swap from another small town dealer near me.
