  1. @Jeff aka Bolt would you recommend the Fatty? or stick with the standard size 80/100/21 which is what my bike came with (not sure of the pro's and con's of each)
  2. I ride a 2012 WR 450 and am in need of a front tire. Looking for opinions or overall consensus on which one to buy. Maxxis Maxx Cross Desrt IT?, Dunlop? Brigestone, Shinko etc....
  3. Any further detail would be much appreciated (text maybe) 714-448-1144
  4. Any input in plating my bike? I was told there are places out of state that I can pay for a plate that would work.................not that I would do something like that......[emoji57]........not sure if that's true or not......
  5. Goin with Enzo. I'll be there Monday. Thank You
  6. Hello All, I live in North Orange County and ride a 2012 WR450. I love the bike but I'm thinking of having the suspension done as I am 6'-3" and pushing 250lbs lately. I believe these bikes aren't set up for a fella my size. I ride 80% desert (Lucerne Valley, Johnson Valley and Ocotillo Wells) and maybe 20% single track/mountain type stuff. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what they like and who they have used etc. Any input is greatly appreciated. Cheers-

  8. Anyone have the hook up on a service manual?..............$93.00 seems a bit excessive for one from my local Yamaha dealer. Any input is much appreciated.
  9. Thank You all for the comments. For now I believe I will just get the Scotts under mount stabilizer and keep the pro tapers, see how it feels and then if needed Ill go to a flex bar of some sort. Cheers
  10. To be honest a friend of mine has them on his quad and he loves them. I was thinking they might be good for the 150 mile rides we do out in the desert and help me with fatigue.
  11. I have a 2012 Wr450 and Im 6'3" so I'm looking for a flex bar set up with and under mount steering stabilizer to raise the bars a bit. I'm aware of the Fasst Flexx bars but they seem to be a bit heavy. Anyone have any experience with Twisted Engineering bars?..............or any other options?
  12. Thank You GP1K, I'll check out Seat Concepts and maybe hold off on the pipe until I get to know my bike a bit better. Cheers
  13. I am looking for a taller more comfortable seat for my WR450. The stock one is a bit hard. I am thinking of either a Guts comfort seat or having one made softer and taller from SDG which is closest to me. Also any thoughts on what steering stabilizer to get?......and lastly what FMF header pipe would be best, the Mega Bomb or the Power Bomb (I ride mostly desert and mountain trails) Any input would be sincerely appreciated.
