    KLX New Clutch Issues

Inspect the clutch actuator lever. My Revloc Broke this lever and was stuck inside the case. The clutch cable kept breaking and the pushrod would not work properly....

08 Rough and sounds like it's missing mid throttle

When jetting the best rule of thumb is to work each circuit separate so you know what each tweak does. Could the needle be a notch off? Maybe.. Even though it's a pain is the correct way. Open the fuel screw up some more and see if that improves. That's easy cause yogi don't have to take anything apart. All I know is I installed the JD jetting kit and never looked back

But I would try first with the pilot circuit and fuel screw

I believe it should be a one to one and a half second squirt with the accelerator pump there are YouTube video showing how to do it it's not hard but you have to remove a bunch of stuff to actually see what it's doing
