    2004 crf250r will not idle

He said it done it for 30 minutes or so and then it was fine so I have no idea. Picky things they are, taking mine to a mechanic sometime this week and I'll get to see what's going on He said it done it for 30 minutes or so and then it was fine so I have no idea. Now my boyfriend said he just laid his bike over which is a 2008 yz250f and he said it's doing the same exact thing mines doing. So I guess it might be the valves?

Definitely gonna get the carb cleaned out and check out those videos. I figured it was probably the carb being it sat for 2 years. It did run better after I took out the old gas and put new in it. As far as the valves go that's gonna have to go to the shop.

    2004 crf250r will not idle

I'm new to this site so forgive me if I'm posting wrong haha. I just recently got a crf250 and it is a pain to get started and when I do get it started it will not stay running without me constantly giving it throttle. Not sure if it's the carb or if it's running too lean? Any opinions would be great, thanks
