shoudnt smoke atol mate my guess is the oils getting up ny the rings causing it to burn and also get into carb , new piston and rings is needed , people are a nightmare these days when sellings bikes everyone seems to have a rebuild 5 to 10 hours ago but without an hour meter its hard to tell . honda states in the manuel piston change every 30hrs . ive done 20 on my 2014 since rebuild stull like new might put another 20 - 40 hours onit [emoji106]

  12. Hi all currently got a 250sxf in doing a top end rebuild on it after it dropped a valve new piston new valves seat guides and a new cam chain . well I'm having a problem with getting it to turn over after installing the cam shafts . the timing is all spot on I will attach 2 photos with the timing off the primary drive and the 2 top timing marks I also use the lock out screw to setup the timing . it seems to be the piston is coming up and hitting the valves totally cant get my head around this I have checked the timing too many times and I have also no hair left now lol . any help would be much appreciated guys !
