I'm still numb in places, remember when the cut you, they cut everything, nerves, tendons, muscles. It takes time to heal, dont freak out, I know I did.

Riding a dirt bike after knee replacement

Going ok now, left knee still hurts a bit and pops a lot, my thighs still hurt a bit. Healing for me will take awhile because of my autoimmune disease. Walking around is great, stairs are still slow, riding going good. About 3 months after a lot of the pain was gone, just the lingering pain in the thighs will stay for awhile especially at night, night time was always really bad for me. When your scar is white, it should be healed. For riding, knee braces are a must!!! What's messed up is that I'll have to do it again in 15-20 years, first set was done at 44.

Riding a dirt bike after knee replacement

I had both done at the same time last October, 3 months later I was on the bike. Of course I couldn't kick start it (cousin did it for me) and I had knee braces on. It hurt but I figured it was good exercise. It took another month or so before I could actually start the bike by myself.

AMRA MotoCity AMA Championship Off-Road Series Banter

I have a couple questions on the copper classic. I saw that it is a restart enduro, can someone please explain or a link where I can read about it. Also, how many miles is it? I want to start getting my endurance ready. Yes I know it's a ways away, but being my first race I'm still kinda nervous.

    2006 YZ250F Oil Level Question/Help???

I have the same bike. I just looked at mine and its covering the window. With filter change i put in 1250cc/1.32qt. You should be good. I really dont look at the window, since I change the oil often.

Yes, got it today. Even though I'm not racing for points I wanted a legit number for the copper classic.

Who makes the best over the glasses goggles?

I use Scott OTG, very good in my opinion.

AMRA MotoCity AMA Championship Off-Road Series Banter

So I went on the AMRA website to Register. I put In all my data clicked save, and even paid the $25. All this was on Saturday. I went to check and couldn't find my name or anything. Any ideas?

After my bilateral knee replacements 10 months ago, my goal is to do the copper classic. Hopefully the wife doesn't get too freaked out....

    Anyone here lower their truck?

I used belltech back in the day. All the c notch is for more suspension travel so the axle does not hit the frame. A few companies have complete kits, just find reviews on ride quality and so on. Research is the key.

    2005 yz250f Suspension set up

Yeah your not too heavy, I'm 6'2 220 on a good day. I have a 2006 yz250f, I just put a racetech on the rear and a full rebuild. I also rebuilt the forks, no springs, and no revalve for the rear. It feels more plush, but I'm still messing with the clickers. I also do trails and a little enduro stuff. This was the first time rebuilding them, I just read the manual and took my time. Easy stuff.
