  1. The tomahawk will ruin the rest of the trails in Michigan for you just an FYI. It is the most fun I have ever had on the trails in Michigan. We are planning on heading down to the Cadillac area to ride the Evart trail next weekend on 10/27 or the 28th. I heard that trail is pretty decent compared to the Tomahawk.
  2. Me and a buddy playing on Tomahawk C Loop in Wolverine Michigan getting a few clips of the loop. #that300tho

Any other Trails in Michigan that compare to the Tomahawk in Wolverine?

We just ran the c loop on 9/30. First time doing the entire loop other than one part of it but it was still 41 miles. B or C loop are pretty damn fun but I was just wondering if there is anything else that compares or has the tomahawk ruined the rest of the trails in Michigan for me LOL!
  4. From everyone else's experience have you ridden anything in Michigan that compares to riding the Tomahawk B and C loops in Wolverine? I'm finding myself becoming a Tomahawk snob because I can't seem to find any other trails that compare to the Tomahawk. The elevation changes/hills, the woops, the tight twisty trails, the rocks the roots just the all out flow of the trail is amazing. Everything we have tried this year to me doesn't have that wow factor and just seems flat and twisty. Anyone have any other recommendations to try before the season is done? Thank you

michigan Michigan has some kick ass Trails!

We have been going on adventures every other weekend riding everything Michigan has to offer within a few hour distance of where we live. This is a short one of us playing around on the Moss Lake trails in Rapid River MI. It's not a bad trail, a little choppy for how many roots are on the trail but none the less fun as hell!

    2018 KTM 300 XC-W seat recommendations?

Michigan has some of the best single tracks in the country IMO. Tight, technical trails and challenging hill climbs, I have a blast here.

    2018 KTM 300 XC-W seat recommendations?

I'm in Michigan upper peninsula and the only time I get around rock is if I head over west to Marquette to play around. I have been looking for a front and rear fin but everything I find is either bare aluminum finish or blue or orange... Where's the black!!!! LOL!

    2018 KTM 300 XC-W seat recommendations?

Thanks guys, I will check them out!!
  10. Hey guys, I just bought a new 2018 300 XC-W coming from a 03 Honda CR250r and I absolutely love the bike. It is night and day different than my old woods weapon but holy shit is the seat hard. I have put a EE skid plate and pipe guard on this bike but I'm looking for recommendations for a different seat. What is everyone else running or have done to your seats to get them do it doesn't feel like you are being raped by your bike? Thank you

how to read CR250 Mikuni needle jet size

Thank you very much for clearing that up for me. I'm hoping that running this needle with the S8 nozzle will help things out a bunch. My plugs are coming out pretty black and all I do is ride trails on my cr250r so we'll see. If not then back to the old drawing board
  12. Hey guys, Could someone please explain the numbers on a needle jet for a mikuni carb? I'm currently running a 38-73 needle but a lot of the people I talk to say I would be happier running a 38-70 needle. I don't have a problem with going with what other recommend but I would like to understand the numbering for the needles first. I understand the nozzle sizes, main jet and pilot jet it's just this damn needle thingamobob Thanks a lot

Where to buy property in MI, trail friendly?

Is that as far North as you want to go because if not I would look at going a touch farther up towards Wolverine. There is a great trail system up that way that is a blast call the Tomahawk.
