Need Help with FMF 4.1 Full system

It's because unspent intake fuel is combusting in the exhaust which is what the pop is, not a big deal. Just get the ECU remapped or rejet your carburator.

    2008 Honda CRF150R Build

At what altitude? Cause the dunes where I'm from are at sea level.

    2008 Honda CRF150R Build

Okay thank you, now you said the stock pipe is fine for the bike, and to accommodate the laws of Oregon(spark arrestor) I put a Q4 FMF on it, sadly the stock pipe is gone. Is there any aftermarket exhaust that would be a worth while purchase for the bike?(in a perfect world where money is out of the question)

She doesn't race, however we ride a lot of sand dunes and I ride a 450, the bigger bikes she doesn't fit well on and she has a hard time keeping up, she feels like the bike is sluggish(I have to agree being the previous rider) and maxes out too fast through the gears without any significant power. I was hoping there would be options for like high compression pistons, stage 2 cams, etc. But I'm not familiar with small bike mods.

    Possible to warp cases?

Unfortunately you have to have special equipment to do a leak test. Basically you pressurize the case and you would squirt areas with soapy water and where bubbles come out is where it's leaking. If it's a 2 stroke I'd go that route of a junk engine and just swap parts around with what's good and toss the rest. However if it's a 4 stoke you're going to be spending more and more money, I speak from experience that 1 case with gaskets and bearing is about $750, and I've done both sides of my cases on my 450.

    Possible to warp cases?

Judging by the picture it could be just a casting mark or a crack. A sure way of knowing is to have a mechanic do a leak test on your cases. If it leaks there then it's broke. It is indeed possible to warp the cases and could be a sign of a cooling issue if it's getting that hot. My suggestion is to get new cases, bearings and seals. It will cost a pretty penny but over all it will ensure that there isn't anything wrong with the cases anymore.

Tried shiming my valves today. Help!

Be sure to do the gear and put the piston in TDC before the cam goes in. Then align the cam on the compression stroke. Other wise your valve and position will be homies

Is it possible to make a cr150r bigger.

Like bigger in height or like you are wanting to put a big bore kit in it?

Here's a link for a review on the Husqvarna/KTM: http://derestricted.com/motorcycles/fmf-2016-factory-4-1-exhaust-system-ktm-husqvarna Keep in mind that the ktm and your bike are the same made in the same factory and the same company. Just different name and colors.

Personally I don't have a lot of experience on this quad considering it was my brother's and then I bought it off him for my wife and they both liked it until they out grew the HP though for a young inexperienced rider this is a good bike to be on.
