    XR650L in sand dunes?

My buddy used to ride the dunes on his old dr350 and it wore him out fast verse the wr400 with its better suspension. My vote is for the KFX and leave the ol 650 in the garage.. That said either will be a good time.. Have fun

    Is this normal?

Oil is perfectly normal coming out there.. No oil is a cause for concern... IMHO

    4x6 or 4x8 trailer?

I would certainly opt for the larger one for the sole fact that you can add a locking gear box to the front as well.. My rinding partner and I have down graded from f-150 and Nissan titan to a subaru outback and 4x8... We are riding for half price on the fuel.. More money for beers afterwards for the true bench racing experience..

    99 WR400F Conversion

Ok, First off I have read a lot bout this subject in here already. My questions is this. I 've a 99 wr400 that needs to have the crank, or at least a rod and bearings. I want to replace the entire rod and an wondering if I can just drop in a 426 crank. My jug has been resleaved and has room to be bored over to the 426 slug. Can I just buy a new crank for a 426 and drop it in there??? What others parts will I need to make it happen? Thanks in advance for any help and sorry for reposting this question.....
