  1. Thanks for the feed bake!
  2. Sorry for the confusion but I wasn't saying I wanted to pull wheelies at 60 mph, I meant I wanted to pull easy wheelies and also be able to go 60mph. I was referring to the thought of more torque and easier wheelies = slower top end speed.
  3. I purchased a 08 drz400sm a few months back and love everything about it except for the torque. This thing has almost no torque! When I bought it it was running like crap so I pulled the carb, jetted, and did the 3x3 mod. It runs great but seeing as I'm not a mechanic by any means, I figured I might have caused the torque problem. But after looking at the bike a little more and reading up on it I noticed that the previous owner had installed a 16 front sprocket and a 39 rear. Like I said I'm not a mechanic so I don't know if this is the problem. As of right now I can only pull wheelies in the high rpms in first gear, so what I want to know is what I need to do to be able to pull easy clutch up wheelies, highway and parking lot, but I would also like to be able do at least 60mph. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
