Just cross 901 safely and single file and you wont have any troubles. Don't worry about their stupid law, it wont hold up in court anyway.

Had a great ride yesterday (Monday) at Burma. I expected a mud mess after all the rain but conditions were great. Just wet enough for no dust and most puddles were avoidable. Found some new to me ST. Also found some that is getting very overgrown. Its becoming that time of year again.

Things are quiet here. I hope it is because everyone is riding enjoying these freakishly warm days. Ill be sitting in this office dreaming about RAC, waiting for someone to post a picture or something

Ahhhh yup! I was actually going to go to that "race". Though I am wondering how it would even be possible as the road is almost entirely flat.... stupid.

Very cool. Ive ridden this land years ago before RAC had passes. Theres some cool stuff. I am sure many people will be tempted to visit abandoned hwy 61. I have heard that police are ticketing people there on busy days. Ride the old road at your own risk

So who runs Tubeliss or Mousse?

I went tubliss front and rear. Great for the rocky stuff I ride, both for grip and pinch flat prevention. Got a pretty nice slice in the tire on a trail. Rode back to truck, put a rope plug in it and was back on my way. Ive had flats ruin a whole day in the past and I hate it Mounting tires is just as easy IMO if you've done it once.

Nobody would mind a dog coming. You can do pretty much anything you want on the land. Its the fact that your dog would get pretty tired I would think. I typically ride 25 miles each day. But even beginners may cover 5-15 miles. That's a lot for a dog to run.

Anyone riding tomorrow? Ill be up doing some singletrack and play area shenanigans while hoping it stays dry

The one to the left is SO loose. I can only get half way then I'm up to my knees in soft stuff. I've seen some guys get close but nobody make it yet. Soon though it will get broken in. The ones to the right are cool. You have to dive between some trees at the bottom which is a little risky. I run out of skill about 3/4 the way up but its wide enough you can turn around and ride it right back down.

Are you talking the split about 3/4 way up or the other climb about 80ft to the left of this one?

That climb is actually getting easier each day. The run-up is very whooped, but with so many quads and SxS's climbing it, it isn't as steep as it used to be. Traction at the bottom and center is really good. Its only loose for the last 20ft or so. Just pin it and hang on

23 horrible miles today. Single track was okay actually but everything else was ice.

Hats off to everyone that worked to make this event a success. We had a great day. I brought 4 non-members that had a great time and will be buying a pass for next season. The turnout was overwhelming, the food was great, the costumes were cool.

Geeze you guys are scaring me. In this dust I clean my filter every 2 hours. If I am leading its not so bad. Following and its black in 10 miles.
