  1. I am unable to remove the rear brake pads on my 2009 Husky SM 610. More specifically, I am unable to remove the pin that holds in the rear brake pads. I removed the cotter pin, no problem. The pin the holds the brake pads on spins freely although it will not come out. I have gently tapped on it with a thin screw driver and hammer although it will still not come out. I don't believe the pin is threaded because it spins freely. I have tried to spin it counter clockwise although it still doesn't come out. Attached are a few pictures. The screw driver in the picture is pointing to the pin that I can not remove. Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing a step? Does anyone know how that pin is to be removed? If anyone knows for sure that the pin should just slide out then I will beat it out. I just wanted to be 100% sure before I beat the shit out of it.
