  1. See my responses in capitals the bike starts and runs fine. It is used as a farm bike so is never really thrashed. Has run perfectly for years

  3. My crf 150 has developed increased noise in the to end of the engine. Initially i thought it was the timing chain but i have reset the timing chain tensioner (rotated clockwise until locked then anti-clockwise until spring releases) and inspected the timing chain by removing its cover and tension seems ok. Engine performance is fine, its easy to start and accelerates through the gears and rev range fine. It is noticibly louder but its not knocking thats why I thought it was the timing chain. Any ideas on what other possible causes of the rattle might be?
