The 17 had leaner S1 needle jet vs richer S4 for 2018 and 2019

I ran 4psi with tubliss in the weekend with starcross 5 medium and friend ran 4.5psi with dunlop mx3s. He rides hard too.

I didn't have success with Chinese starter motor on 2018. Have 2 sitting in spares box. Try running separate earth from battery to starter. 2019 is better and no issues so far aftet 46 hours

No problems with Starcross 5 medium at 4 psi with tubliss today.

110 gives you a higher sidewall height which must help with tubliss. Thats why serious 4wd vehicles run smaller rims.

According to chart soft ok in sand. Have used soft for trails and happy with it so would be worth trying. Have just put medium on for hilly slippery ride tomorrow (no sand). Did not have tubliss then but do now.

Can anyone tell me their recommended jetting settings for 2019 150 xc w. Please.

Have you changed the needle or clip position. Have a 27.5 but not being sure how it should sound was unsure about trying it. Did try your marking the throttle position in the weekend and found never got much above 1/3. No wonder i keep changing up all the time. Not used to hearing it scream I suppose. Your advice much appreciated.

Mine was rich. Changed to leaner needle and clip position 1 and air screw 2 turns out. 0-300m and 20-26 c temp (68-79f). Plug ok now. I don't race. Mild spooge.

19 has less clutch drag which probably help starting in gear.

I had on my 2018 but now have 2019. Gearing is swings and roundabouts. Depends on what you are riding. There will always be times you are in between gears. I don't run high revs so found myself wishing it had 7 gears at times.

150 xc w weighs 102 kg full of fuel - dirt bike channel 300 tpi weighs 110 kg full of fuel - dirt bike channel Add the weight of tpi to the 150 which could be around 3 kg and the weights start to get a lot closer
