finally got graphix in and my guy did great! the matte is tough to work with and even tougher to keep clean looking but all in all they turned out well.. ill prolly go with normal vinyl material next time but for now ill sport it. i got my 110 done also and it looks even better i think!!!

Thanks!! its a suprise how little is available aftermarket wise for these bikes, luckily kawi did a good job of changing the colors throughout the years so i was able to mix the plastics up! ive been on the phone with my graphix guy and i gave him a few pdf's and ideas and told him to roll with it so im pretty stoked to see what he comes up with.

WELP.......shes basically finished up boys. waiting on warmer/more dry weather to tinker the carb in but she idles, revs, & rolls thru the gears.. have about half hour break in time on it and it sounds amazing, next step will be a graphix kit and then ride the piss out of it!! ill work on getting some videos up but im not sure how to on here..

I was noticing 1 day how my 110 chain guide looked like it would work on my 140 so i mocked it up, and the mount holes were perfected so i added some washers to accept a bigger chain and found some proper spacers and it works and looks great! now i just have to order a replacement to put back on my 110.. next step is grind the ugly mount tabs off from stock chain cover!

KX85/100 FENDER AND PLATE..I CANT DECIDE BETWEEN THAT NUMBER PLATE OR THE STOCK ONE THOUGH. PROLLY THE KX FENDER TO KEEP FRONT HALF GREEN AND BACK SHROUDS WHITE TO MATCH REAR FENDER

hello again. I took awhile off for the holidays and cash flow but ive been making small progress over the weeks... Since, i have stripped it down to clean/polish and started rebuilding now that i have received the stock rims back from powder coat-of course i fit the rims with new bearings, rotors, sprockets and fresh rubbers (mx33)...now that its a descent rolling chassis i can concentrate of making the motor 1 piece and focus on cleaning up my spare flattrack/supermoto wheel combo. i also also able to get my seat cover stretched on and wrinkle free. (thanks to jettrim for the hookup) it should be slow for a few weeks then ill have some more progress but in the mean time with the 14 degree weather here in the midwest were all itching for some indoor action so i look forward to that soon! happy holidays all!!!!!

-once she got u loaded and then shortly after once it was stripped... -followed by motor All in all so far its going great, for the most part. lol. most of the heads on fasteners are stripped along with the holes they go in So I ordered a bolt kit and will have to clean some threads up but it cleaned up well and is ready for the next step!

Found a ragged 2013 140L last week for not much over 3 figures but it was in shambles...being in the heart of a not so nice town in northern Illinois i quickly loaded the multiple boxes of parts and a naked bike up so I could get home to to start sorting through what a 13 year old boy started and deemed to much for him to repair. All in all it’s not in to bad of shape after a strip down and good clean up it’s not looking like a bad deal at all.. I will post some pictures as it comes along.. thanks to the forums on here I’ve had a lot of questions answered and can’t wait to finish the build. SXparts has also been a big help so far!!
