    2017 250rr suspension

I think I've decided to skip changing the oil myself and I'm gonna let Total Control Suspension revalve my forks and shock and respring them as well since I'm a bit out of the weight range.

    2017 250rr suspension

Alright guys so I've got a little over 20 hours on the bike, and I want to change the oil in the forks. This will be my first time ever messing with forks. I've read through a port on here and have looked at the online manual for how to do it. I think for a fork oil change I would just want to unscrew the top cap from the fork body and then the top cap from the cartridge? Doing it that way, how would I determine how much fork oil to put back in?

    2017 250rr Lectron

Threw in the 168 main that came with the bike when I bought it. Seemed to have better top end power. Still need to find time to pull the carb to set the floats and try the 38 pilot jet and I'll probably get those needles and try them then too.

Also curious where do you have your powervalve set at? I'm running mine at flush with the cover right now.

I've actually been heavily contemplating sending my head to RK Tech and having them set it up for 110 leaded gas, so I'm sure I'll end up playing with the jetting some. So the NECH would be a half clip leaner than the NEDH? And the same from NECW and NEDW? How do you set the float, I've seen some different methods to do it but not sure which one to do?

GP what are those jetting specs you have if you don't mind sharing them?

Where I live at is around 500 feet but i ride anywhere from near sea level to around 2000. But most riding will be done under 1000 feet.

    2017 250rr Lectron

I've never ran a lectron before. But pretty much everything you talked about is what is having me consider one. The bike uses a lot of fuel with the pwk on there now, granted I haven't messed with the floats though. I'm coming off a yz450f so I am used to a linear power delivery. I think my 250 is pretty linear to begin with anyway. I went riding at Brown Mountain OHV with a friend a couple weeks ago and got a decent amount of spooge running down the end cap of the silencer.

Hey guys I've got a 2017 Beta 250rr that I'm racing in our local hare scramble series and gncc and nepg races when they come close. I'm thinking about getting rid of the oil injection and putting a lectron on since I could be all over the place for temperature since we race from march to october. Elevation doesn't change drastically here where we race in Virginia it pretty much just goes from sea level to maybe 2000 feet. I'm curious to hear some opinions on lectrons for these bikes to see if it would be worth it to me or not.

    Beta 2017 300RR question

My 2017 250rr has made a noise like that since it was new. It now has 20 hours and I can't tell where the sound has changed any.

    Beta 2017 300RR question

I think I might know what you're talking about with the diesel part. Is the sound coming from the transmission when the clutch lever is released? And does it go away when you pull the clutch lever?
