    Carburator

This is a stupid question but it's been running through my head, is it possible to put a crf250/450 carb on a cr125 with little to no changes?

Exhaust valve stuck open and no power

I'm not sure but when I manually moved them they moved very smoothly...
  10. so I was on a ride and noticed I had no bottom end power and it wasn't as snappy as before. I have a 2003 Cr125r, after the ride, I took apart the bike noticing that the valves were open while it was off, so I took off the valve cover to see if it was frozen and surprisingly it wasn't, I ran the bike with the cover off to see what it looked like while running and I think it was trying to work because the arm was moving. but I'm still confused why the valves are open... is there anyone who can help me with this?
