Just picked up a 99 ktm 300 exc the other day and it needed a new base cylinder gasket. After removing the cylinder and piston, I can see a decent bit of blowby on the piston and the lower ring has started flaking. Had the piston and cylinder checked by my engine builder and he said that they are in good enough condition to just rering and run. I am having trouble finding a set of replacement rings though and was curious if anyone here knew where I could find them. Any other tips and suggestions are welcomed.
