    Jetting recommendations ?

I just want to say that looks like an AWESOME bike! I can tell you what the stock jetting would be as I can pull up the specs of all of our bikes! However I would not know where to start on a build like yours, I would love to know what you find out though!

The Fundamentals of Dirt Bike Handling

Does anyone have tips or tricks for a gentleman with air spring forks?

    Sprocket Question

Yeah it's a super fun track! Definitely a track that rewards fast, precise riding. It's been a little hard packed as of late since we have had little to no rain lately which makes you feel like a deer on ice right now, but they are bringing in some dirt and a water truck or three for the Rockstar tour! Should be awesome after that! Also that big jump in the top left of the picture above Aidan is actually affectionately named "The Elevator"! If you ever find yourself out west with your bike let me know, I'm a track member and safety officer and I can get you in for the day free! I'm always up for a good MX session!

    Mapping Couplers

Yeah the rubber seals the chamber since the electronics are sensitive to small changes, that's kinda how the system works, it knows what map depending on what amperage etc is flowing, or something along those lines. I'm not the best with that but that's how I understood it, either way they told me to make sure to have all three, and let the customer know when I deliver a bike that I tell them to keep track and not lose them. I guess the guy before you didn't have such luck, but I hope the beet for you man! I love my bike, also if you dont have a 51T sprocket on it I just put one on my bike and it woke it up a bit on the track!

    Sprocket Question

I figured I should update this, Sprocket fit awesome no need for a chain. Also this is THE sprocket size for an RMZ 250. Wow it picks up in the mid way better! 51T all day! Also the second picture is my good friend Aidan who is also my MX coach, he is seriously fast and he approves!

    Mapping Couplers

Good Morning friendo! So from what I remember you do need a coupler plugged in. When I did my training on the EFI systems at Suzuki if you do not have one plugged in it switches to a sort of "safe" mode which is close to standard tune. I run the lean coupler and the bike seems to enjoy it, although I have a 17 so maybe better injector? I would try to clean the fuel system, work off the old carbon with some seafoam and an italian tune up. try a freshy plug (I read you did that but try again maybe?) Other than that, getting your hands on the other two coupler would help. Have you played with the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body? Let me know how this works for you! I can look up the canandian prices on those couplers too, let me know if you want those! Hope I helped some!

    Suzuki RMZ250 (2017)

    2008 RMZ 250 e-manual

So I've looked into it, and It turns out I can order the manuals in and yall can buy em but most of them are on back order and no pdf back ups for the owners manuals. However, I do have access to pdf service manuals, but the way suzuki set it up i can only download and send specific sections at a time. I can print them out and build them into a manual but then I need address' to ship them too. so if any one wants to pm me we may be able to set something up to get you a manual if you're in a money pinch. Just pay the post and I'll send it. This goes for any suzuki service manual! Hope this helps some people, remember to pm me! I don't always get notifications for threads

    '17 RMZ250 Build Recommendations

So far it's like landing on a cloud and I not afraid to use the front suspension. But I can't help but feel it may not be quite perfect as im the second rider of the bike. Jake the original racer that used it for practice is shorter and lighter by 20-30 pounds. However when I check the pressure it's only one psi down from max and I figure close to max with my size is what I need. I wish I knew someone local that could tune it haha

    Yamaha YZ250 (1993)

What can I say? She was my first love and as old and tired as she is (even now the engine has been out of the frame for 6 years) I still loved racing it and ripping it. Strong power band up high but she could grunt a little. Operator error killed her and I aim to bring her back. But everytime I dice into the rebuild something else needs to be replaced. One day I'll kick over this goddess but until then, she will lie in slumber awaiting my return (also back in my hometown in Sudbury Ontario I have no idea how to get it to B.C) pics will come later

    Moose Racing Dual Sprockets

I just got it and will be putting it on tomorrow night after some laps at Blackwater. So far the quality and build exceeds what I expected and I expect it will preform better than expected as well! 06/03/2019 - Wow, my first track session with the sprocket and man what a difference! I love the quality I got with the sprocket, Moose Raciong seems to machine some good stuff. The peens that mate the two metals together are all nice round and smooth and identical. The material itself feels high quality and seems to be cut with some good precision! As for how the extra two teeth felt on the track, I love the low to mid power now, I mean the top end did get a little too but we all ride 4-strokes for the grunt! Grunt this bike has now! For anyone rippin' and dippin' an RMZ250 needs a 51T sprocket whatever brand you get. But this moose racing so far is worth the money! I can't wait to see how it fairs a year from now!
