One thing I like about that design. The Sparkplug is on the side of the head assembly. Not down the middle like all the rest. No worries about dropping aluminum shaving into the plug hole. Not to mention easier access with regular socket.

    YZF for 85cc class

I found a pic of someones idea of what it will look like. It is possibly photoshopped. If it looks anything like this my son may be getting one.

    Head bolts!!!

I think they hollowed the inside to save weight.

    Spinning Nut

JB weld doesn't hold well. All the vibrations still shakes it loose. I had the same problem. What I did was just drill it out. Through the fender also. Put a Stainless hex head and a teflon lock nut and washer on the inside(fender side). A little locktite and locking washer and that sucker cant come off. Barely can tell it is even there. That may be an option.

    Espn2

Yep I saw the racing. Was shocked that they bumped rodeo. I don't care who was there or wasn't there. It was SX?MX and that is what I was waiting for for months. BTW, I retract half of my previous post. I only got to see half of the racing not all of the racing. Later

    Espn2

Someone was wrong. SX was not pushed asside for dikeball instead it's lesball. All the hyps about next day airing and ESPN has to "F" it up royally.

    CR8E vs. CR9E

Get the Denso Iridium plug(IU24). I have been using these plugs for 2 years and haven't had any problems. I fing that they have a better reation than the NGK's. Later

anybody got plans for a starting gate.

If your dad can build things from just seeing a picture, then go to Race Gates . These are the best gates on the market. Kinda expensive though. Our local track just ordered a 30-man gate and paid over 5g's for it(shipping included). They are built to last and have some quality material. Good luck.
  15. I did the same thing, but instead I stuffed all kinds of rags around the cams and some grease in the are where I tapped the new hole. The mech at my local shop had over tightned it also and stipped it. Theh helicoiled it and that didn't work so I did the fix myself and bought a metric tap set from Sears for 30 or so bucks. I needed it anyway. It is actually better than before.
