  1. Are valve shims standard for all makes, KTM,Yamaha,Honda all using the same or would i have to buy shims for each different manufacturer.
  2. PROBLEMS JETTING MY 2005 RMZ 250 I LIVE IN AN ALTITUDE OF 1850 METERS AND THE BIKE IS STANDARD,ANY IDEAS FOR JETTING,NEEDLE AND AIRSCREW SETTINGS(MIXTURE)?
  3. Hi I Own A 2005 Husaberg Fe450. I Live In A City With An Altitude Of 1850 Meters. I Am Not Sure Where You Are At. I Would Recommend The Following. Put The Standard Jetting Back In As A Base Point To Start Working Again. Get Yourself An Adjustable Airscew Scott Sells Them This Allows You To Adjust The Mixture With Your Fingers And Not Battle With Trying To Get The Screw Driver In. Move The Mixture (air) Screw In 1/8 Turns Each Time With The Bike Hot And Up To Speed Deaccelerate And Listen To Backfire Keep On Opening Or Closing The Airscew Until It Goes Away. Patience!!!! Once You Have The Bike So That It Does Not Backfire Check How Many Turns You Have On The Airscew. If More Than Two Turns Open I Would Advice That You Reduce Slightly The Jets So That Your Airscrew Can Be Open About 1 3/4 Without Backfireing. Let Me Know If You Have Any Other Questions.
