  1. which ktm 250 makes the most torque on the bottom for tight trail riding, i rode a ktm 300 xc and loved the lug power it had but, my weight and that much power would eventually get me so i am looking at the 250 line up and dont know which to go with the xc, xc-w, or sx modle
  2. WAS UP MAN IM INTERESTED IN THAT PIPE GOTTA $ I HAVE A 93 KLX 650R AND LOVE IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET USED TO BUT AFTER DROPPING THE FRONT SPROCKET 1 TOOTH (I RIDE IN THE WOODS) IT IS AWESOME LOVE THE WAY IT RIPPS UP HILLS AND THE WAY THE BIKE ROLLS INTO THE POWER LET ME KNOW ABOUT THAT PIPE ALSO LOOKING FOR LEFT SIDE RADIATOR SHROUD GREEN
  3. on the right side of the bike above the water pump there is a greenish looking pipe coming out of the water pump the pipe splits like a "Y" to connect the right and left side the other end goes up to the right radiator take that "Y" pipe off and look through it you will see where the other section of the pipe comes into it. Its blocking about 50% of the coolant flow take a dremial tool and grind the inside blocking pipe out install it back on the bike and flush the coolant system really good with a hose. wait a few min to let all excess water drip out and install engine ice and a 1.8 cap. The only way it will over heat after this is really tight woods sections where using the clutch alot or mud bogs. With a boyeson impellar installed i would say it wouldnt even over heat at all
  4. i have a 93 klx 650 that i might be interested in getting rid of that is in desent shape let me know!
  5. Look At The 06 Motor And The 05 Look To Be The Same Block Wondering If 06 Parts Like Cam And Such Would Work In An 05
  6. what about 13 on the front and 46 on the rear
  7. WHAT IS EVERYONE RUNNING ON THE 05 FOR WOODS RACING I LIKE THE FIRST 3 GEARS HIT HARD AND ARE GOOD FOR TIGHT SECTIONS IM WANTING A LITTLE MORE PULL IN THE LAST 2 GEARS FOR OPENINGS
  8. the counter shaft will make the last 2 gears to pull more but did it make the first 3 gears rev out farther?
  9. I have an 05 rmz the stock gearing makes it seem like the first 3 gears are long and the last 2 are short causing them to rev out through fields or openings in the last 2 gears. i was wondering if there was any other gearing to help out for cross country or in the woods. to make the last 2 gears to pull more with out causing the first 3 to pull more i want the first 3 to be about the same or maybe even rev out alittle faster for tight sections and the last 2 to rev out farther
  10. i bent my shifter on a rock the other nite on my rmz250 and the seal is slowly dripping oil out of it is there a good chance my shaft is bent or is it a possibility that i just ruiend my seal
  11. to solve the over heating problem i talked to my suz rep at the shop and he said on the right side of the bike there is a y pipe that comes out of the water pump then splits, take that pipe out and look in it you will see where the pipe goes in and is restricting flow by 40% if you take a dremel tool and bore it out it will solve the problem it will not hurt it because its welded/glued from the out side once you get this put back on flush the system really good then refill with engine ice
