  1. yes it was dyno tested at 30hp. I can try and get a hold of the actual sheet to post.
  2. yes thhose graphics are from mxink.com
  3. HERE IS MY 07 150RB. FULL RACE BIKE. NO BIG BORE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IMAGINABLE DONE TO IT INTERNALLY. 2 LESS HP THAN A STOCK 250F ON THE DYNO. THIS IS AN UP TO DATE PIC BESIDES THE FACT THAT IVE JUST ADDED A FOX SHOCK TO IT. THIS IS MY WOMENS CLASS WARRIOR!
  4. THIS IS ME JUST HAVING FUN AT MONSTER MONTAIN. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I FINALLY GOT A CHANCE TO RIDE THE NEW BIKE OUTDOORS DUE TO THE COLD IN CHICAGO! THEY ARENT REALLY GOOD "ACTION SHOTS" BUT ITS ALL I GOT!
  5. the zip ties are just holding on some foam on the back side of the brake pedal. We dyno'ed the mrd pipe but the fmf worked better with the motor setup we had going.
  6. Very excited about my newest purchase! I have been dealing with a size problem the last couple months but found the perfect solution to my problem! I am a female racer, I'm 18, 5'5" and weigh 115 soaking wet with my gear on. I've been riding and racing a CRF250r for the last season but could barely touch the ground even after the seat was cut down and suspension was dialed in. I also was battling a huge weight difference, the bike was riding me not the other way around like it should be. The power is not an issue its just the size of the bike. I rode a 150 in may and fell in love with the size but couldn't bring myself to ride an underpowered bike to what I have been riding (I'm a very stubborn girl!) Well here is what cured all of my problems and gave me the same power as a 250f but the size of a 150RB. So here it is...... 30HP, with stock cam and piston....yes it is possible! And it was dyno'ed to be sure. Here is what was done to it- -Red talon hubs, Black excel rims, heavy duty spokes -Galfer wave rotors -Stainless steel brake lines -Renthal sprockets and chain (soon to be Pro Taper) -FMF 4.1 titanium exhaust w/ megabomb titanium header -CV4 Red radiator hoses -Tokyomods carb -Tokyomods carb and engine vent hoses -Fastway Evo 5 footpegs -Works connection engine plug kit and reservoir covers -Works connection engine guards, rad braces, and brake guards -Hinson clutch basket -Cut down cylinder for higher compression while using stock piston -Titanium valves -Ported and polished head -Polished gears -White plastics w/one off throttle jockey graphics -Tokyomods 10 map ignition -Twobros top triple clamp -BBR adjustable linkage The motor was tested with 4 different pipes the fmf proved to have the best power boost when dyno'ed. I have 2 of the pipes left to sell and another set of COMPLETE wheels for sale along with lots and lots of spare parts, if your interested just let me know. I'm a little excited about it so I'm sorry about the super long post!!
  7. will the 250 2-strokes still be able to race in the 250f class for 2009?
  8. I dont know anyone who has extra suspension laying around. I already have the springs coming tomorrow. I will be able to test with them installed on saturday and sunday. All I am worried about is if just putting in the springs with the stock valving will have a adverse effect on the suspension. I don't think that the suspension can be set-up any worse for my size and ability so I think the springs will help me ou talot. I know it won't be as good as getting it re-valved but at least it will be better. Will changing how much oil is in the forks help me at all?
  9. I am a female racer. I am aggressive for a female. I do most all the jumps at every track. I just hate how the bike feels like its going to tip over in a corner because the suspension doesn't move. Also when i land a big jump the suspension doesn't compress which make the bike bounce back into the air upon landing. I know branson gets pretty rough so i am just hoping the springs will fix the feel of the bike in the corners enough where i am comfortable laying the bike over and more at ease landing big jumps. I know that a re-vale would make it much better but I don't want to mess up his valving for when his springs are put back on.
  10. I weigh 125 soaking wet with gear on (if I'm lucky). I am racing the Branson national, but not on my bike (mechanical problems :busted: ) so I am racing my friends '07 CRF250, I've ridden the bike before, but it is scary! His suspension is set up for a very aggressive 170lb. rider. I order springs for my weight from factory connection. I am wondering if just replacing the springs will make a huge difference without a re-valve. I am not going to re-valve any of it because I do not want to mess up his set-up and it seems dumb to me to pay to have it re-valved then pay again to have it returned to its previous set up. Could I mess with the valving myself? . I am not worried about my mechanical abilities, I just have never done anything myself with suspension besides installing new springs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  11. i live in the south suburbs of chicago. (crete) I have decided to race the crf at Branson. I ordered some new soft springs from factory connection. (when i talked to them they said i was lucky to find light enough springs:ride: ). I dont like how heavy the bike feels compared to the 2 strokes but ill deal with it. With the new springs I should be able to touch the ground to start the bike finally! . Anyways, will i be ok with the valving that is done to it now with lighter springs or will the suspension not work properly with just lighter springs?
  12. no one can help me at all???
  13. youve got one rider here in the womens class
  14. I am racing the branson national in a month or so but just found out that i cant race my 105 in the womens class. their rules are that you have to race a 125-250 in the womens class.....which is dumb in my opinion because some women riders like myself are faster than most 125s and 250fs on the smaller bikes because they fit our small frames better. but anyways, I have a friend who bought a new 2003 cr125 in 2003 and has ridden it only a handful of times. he never took it to a track and is by no means an aggressive rider. It has a fmf pipe and silencer and v-force reeds. What would be the best thing i can do to make this motor more potent. I ride a crf250 also so the power isnt going to scare me away! would getting a newer 05+ cylinder help at all? or get an updated power valve? do the parts swap over from a 05+ to a 03? what about a big bore? im getting the suspension revalved right away. I need it all done asap so any help is appreciated! o....and can i put crf plastic on it if i put a crf gas tank on the bike? will the crf gas tank jost bolt on?
  15. no one can help me out on here?
