  1. What about from the Thumper Talk store? $5699 plus shipping- should come in below $6K.
  2. Yes- what dealer- city, state? I am in Kansas City- waiting for them to hit here- so trying to figure out when- they seem to be getting to dealers in Texas and Ohio from what I've seen, which is close, but....appreciate the info.
  3. 2007 Yamaha 250F's at Roseville Yamaha -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The new bikes are in and going fast. If you want to get a new 07 Yamaha, call 784-2444 and ask for Peter Brown. Let him know you are a norcalmotocross.com member. You will get the best support around. __________________ Joey Washburn Bench Racer Need Affordable Webhosting or Domain Names Joey Washburn Photography Roseville, Ca

  6. OK- It's November- are we talking beginning, middle or end of November for the new 250F?
  7. I have stock 2006 bars- like new, only ridden 2 times. $35 plus shipping. Let me know Kevin kevin.x.decker@sprint.com
  8. EVS makes the following claim on their carbon fiber brace: Built-in crumple zones: helps to limit the risk a femur break: the WEB's crumple zones absorb impacts and eventually break so that your femur won't.
  9. Thanks for your responses- My buddy is a very fast 250F rider- he has come to the conclusion that the 450f just doesn't suit his riding style, and is in process of getting a '06 Blue 250f. I have ridden the bike, it doesn't feel that stiff, but what I really noticed is it feels plush throughout the initial and mid range. I get to run this set up on Wednesday before I buy- so I guess I will be able to make a decision after that. 7MM is about 1/4 inch so I don't think that is going to cause me too much pain- we'll see. Again- thanks to all for your advice- I was just trying to see if there wasn't some obvious reason- like say the caliper assembly doesn't fit from an 05 to 06 or something like that....
  10. I have a 2006 CRF450- stock suspension. I have a chance to swap (plus $300) for 2005 CRF450 suspension that just had a complete ProCircuit revalve. My buddy had the work done $1500 retail worth of work- and now he has decided to go back to a 250f. Knowing that he won't get his money out of the suspension work when he sells the '05 450- he has offered me this deal. He has 3 rides on the suspendion- just got it back form PC earlier this month. I think I read the '06 fork length was shorter - but only by 7MM- I would appreciate anyone's opinion on whether or not I should do it. I am happy with my '06 suspension- but this seems like a pretty good deal. My buddy and I ride at the same level, and within 5 lbs in weight of each other. Thanks for your comments / advice...
  11. Got mine for $6300 OTD at Donnells in Mo

  14. The keeper has fallen down into the cam chain area. Just remove the left side case, and it will expose the bottom area of the cam chain, where the drive gear is, etc. You can then easily retreive your keeper, takes about 5 minutes. No need to turn the bike upside down at all.
